Real Reviews - What Our Customers Have To Say!

Rich has the rare Triple Crown of contractors: PUNCTUAL, showed up right on time as scheduled; FAIR PRICE, quotes for work were very reasonable; and QUALITY work, we were very happy with the craftsmanship of the job he did for us! Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great, dependable handyman!

I just wanted to let you and Rich know I sold the house in one week for asking price😊 thank you so much for your help getting the house fixed up to sell! And thanks for the good thoughts for the selling process!! God Bless

I was having a shower installed in my basement bathroom and ran out of time to do the drywall work myself so I had them come in and patch the walls and install the baseboards. After I painted, it looks super smooth and like nothing ever happened. Marsha and Rich were professional and helpful. I definitely plan to use them again and highly recommend them to others! 😃

Rich did a fantastic job repairing two ceilings in my home. One has a large crack due to house setting and the second had to be repaired after a leak from the bathroom above. Job included drywall, missing, sanding, priming, and painting. Repairs were done in a timely manner and he cleaned up each day when he was done working. Will definitely call in the future for home improvement jobs.

Contractors were on time. Work was very professional. The deck ramp is substantial and will last the life of the deck. I will have them back for any future projects.

John V. Oak Park

Transformative did a great job replacing window trim on the front of house. The old trim had been rotting and needed annual painting. Rich replaced it with a wider PVC board that gives the front of house a whole new look! They also painted siding on the back of the house and did a great job with that too. I will definitely plan on using them again.

Awesome and reasonable people to work with! They helped me purge and paint an overstuffed home office in preparation for a carpet California Closets installation. I may call them back for help when I am ready to "reconstruct" my office. Rich..the Mr Fixit guy was amazing..just shut himself in the room and when he came out the room was all painted.

The Transformative Home Improvement company was easy to work with and provided great attention detail. We contracted with them to remodel our main bathroom. Rich has a can do approach and provided quality workmanship in all job phases. Our job was completed on time and within the budget. I will call on them again for future work.

Five star customer service and communication. They were very friendly, prompt, on time, clean up was not an issue, messages were answered immediately and the price was right. Would not hesitate to have this company return to complete additional jobs in the future. The best I have seen in many many years!!

We were unable to be at the house when Rich started work, but Marsha kept us up to date on all the details with pictures. We loved the communication and Rich did a fantastic job with the tile on our backsplash. Thanks again for a wonderful job.
